Design Concept Development (2-4weeks):
Based on the client’s lifestyle and the existing space layout, we will plan the overall floor layout and circulation. At the same time, we will confirm the overall design style and select the main materials and color direction.
Moreover, Hand sketching or a 360-degree 3D modeling in computer will be created to present the spatial proportions and atmosphere, allowing clients to understand the space, functions, and material effects from different perspectives.
Design Detail Development (2-4weeks):
Based on the approved concept, we will prepare a full set of tender or construction drawings. These include electrical plans, lighting plans, elevations, furniture drawings, and etc to ensure accurate construction. Moreover, A Procurement List will also be prepared for items such as lighting, loose furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Phase 1 – Basic Works (3–6 weeks):
Demolish existing interiors, build or modify walls according to the drawings, and complete plumbing and electrical works, including wiring, water supply, and drainage. After the first client inspection, carry out plastering and waterproofing, followed by a second inspection.

Phase 2 – Finishes & Furniture Ordering (3–6 weeks):
Install floor tiles, prepare the paint base, and complete site carpentry such as false ceilings, partitions, and door frame bases. Then apply wall skimming and the first coat of paint.
Site measurements for custom furniture will be taken after tiling, drawings confirmed with the client, and factory production started, which takes at least three weeks.

Phase 3 – Furniture Installation (3–4 weeks):
Once custom furniture is delivered, installation begins, followed by electrical and plumbing fixtures such as lights, switches, toilets, faucets, and shower sets.
Finally, Stone countertops and kitchen appliances will also be installed by other suppliers.

Phase 4 – Project Handover (1–2 weeks):
Complete final paint touch-ups, apply the last coat, and carry out basic cleaning. Then conduct a final inspection with the client, review the works, and explain the one-year maintenance service.
