Spirit Spatial Studio aims to design unique spatial experience for end users in specific concepts.
In every design concept, we capture the needs of clients and the essence of space planning after conducting detailed trend analysis and customised budget planning.
Established in 2017 by a team of three with over 10 years of spatial design and planning experience, our goal is to create a team with young talents to redefine users’ space with a mixture of architectural skills and marketing techniques.
Until now, we have received the Gold Award in Mandarin Oriental Design Competition, Silver Award in APIDA, Silver Award in M Moser Associates Workplace Design Competition, Excellence in A&D Trophy Awards and Silver Award in OPTILED® Lighting Competition.

Design Research
We will meet with clients in person to fully understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design expectations. Our approach includes market research, trend analysis, and budget considerations to create a space plan that meets their needs before presenting initial design concepts.
Design Thinking
Tender Meeting
We offer various interior design choices using hand-sketches and software to create innovative design possibilities. Our approach focuses on user experience and their movement, incorporating new materials, lighting, and furniture. Clients evaluate and compare design options with the budget and outcomes in mind. The final design is chosen based on user-friendly spatial design and planning.
We prepare tender drawings and coordinate meetings with contractors and clients to discuss our design intentions in detail. This ensures that clients receive accurate construction quotes from contractors. Our tender documents include the drawings of plans, elevations, details and site photos.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Project Mangers acts as a bridge between interior designers and contractors. We assist clients to purchase and deliver project on time, as well as monitoring construction process.
Purchase Service
Our team collaborates with over 100 suppliers and vendors to provide a wide range of materials, loose furniture, and lighting options to our clients. We strive to assist our clients in sourcing high-quality products within their budget, while also ensuring timely delivery to the project site.
Supervision Service
This enables our clients to have a better understanding of the progress of their project, and to communicate with us about any questions or concerns they may have. Our team will also work closely with the contractors to ensure that the construction process follows the design intent and timeline. Any issues or changes that may arise during construction will be communicated with the clients promptly, along with our proposed solutions
