Spirit Spatial Studio aims to design unique spatial experiences for end users based on specific concepts.
In every design concept, we capture the needs of clients and the essence of space planning after conducting detailed trend analysis and customized budget planning.
Established in 2017 by a team of three with over 10 years of experience in spatial design and planning, our goal is to create a team of young talents to redefine users’ spaces through a combination of architectural skills and marketing techniques.
To date, we have received the Gold Award in the Mandarin Oriental Design Competition, the Silver Award in APIDA, the Silver Award in the M Moser Associates Workplace Design Competition, Excellence in the A&D Trophy Awards, and the Silver Award in the OPTILED® Lighting Competition.

Design Research
We meet with clients in person to fully understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design expectations. Our approach involves market research, trend analysis, and budget considerations to create a space plan that meets their needs before presenting the initial design concepts.
Design Thinking
Tender Meeting
We offer a range of interior design options, using both hand sketches and software to explore innovative design possibilities. Our approach emphasizes user experience and movement, incorporating new materials, lighting, and furniture. Clients can evaluate and compare design options with the budget and desired outcomes in mind. The final design is selected based on user-friendly spatial design and planning.
We prepare tender drawings and coordinate meetings with contractors and clients to discuss our design intentions in detail, ensuring clients receive accurate construction quotes. Our tender documents include plan drawings, elevations, detailed drawings, and site photos.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Project Mangers acts as a bridge between interior designers and contractors. We assist clients to purchase and deliver project on time, as well as monitoring construction process.
Purchase Service
Our team collaborates with over 100 suppliers and vendors to offer a wide range of materials, loose furniture, and lighting options to our clients. We aim to help clients source high-quality products within their budget while ensuring timely delivery to the project site.
Supervision Service
This enables our clients to better understand the progress of their project and communicate with us regarding any questions or concerns they may have. Our team will also work closely with contractors to ensure the construction process follows the design intent and timeline. Any issues or changes arising during construction will be promptly communicated to the clients, along with our proposed solutions.
