330ft2 SPACE FOR LIVING
Specializing in maximizing natural light and integrating stunning sea views, this 330 sq. ft. residential project transforms a compact, dark space into a peaceful and comfortable environment.
Initially, the client used the windowsills for hanging and drying clothes, blocking both the ocean view and natural light. A key design element involves the innovative reimagining of these windowsills, which make up about one-tenth of the usable space. These areas are transformed into multifunctional spaces—serving as beds and workspaces—while offering unobstructed ocean views.
Excelling in minimalist design, this project cleverly incorporates hidden storage solutions to maintain a clean, organized environment, all while embracing Eastern cultural aesthetics.
